At Ella Gana Cosmetics, we strive to provide high-quality makeup products that you’ll love. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

1. RETURNS

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on used or opened makeup products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • You must notify us via info@ellaganacosmetics.co.zabefore returning any items.

2. REFUNDS

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

  • The item was damaged during shipping.

  • You received the wrong product in your order.

  • The item is defective and does not perform as advertised.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

3. EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges for makeup products unless you received an incorrect item. Please double-check your shade and product selection before purchasing.

4. NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Used or opened makeup products.

  • Items purchased during a sale or promotion.

  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer.

5. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR REFUND

  2. Wait for our customer service team to review your request.

  3. If approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
